Kathrin Isabell Rhomberg
born 1990 in Salzburg, lives and works in Vienna and Salzburg, AT.
The emerging young artist Kathrin Isabell Rhomberg studied painting at the University of Applied Arts, Vienna, AT, and at Wimbledon College of Arts, London, UK, graduating in 2020. From 2014 to 2020 she assisted Rudolf Fuchs in design theory. 2021 she was nominated for the 26th STRABAG Artaward International.
In her most recent paintings she deals with the motif of the drapery. She moves between figuration and abstraction and the representation of artificiality and naturalness.
